My husband and I sold our house, and will be moving next week. We will be living temporarily with his parents until we are able to move into our rental house...

A couple questions...

1) Would it be best that we call USCIS vs. fill in forms online since we will technically be changing addresses twice?

2) Who/what else do I need to inform about the change of address - specifically as it may relate to immigration?

FYI - I have my green card.

Just do the on-line version of the AR-11 for when you move and remember that the USC sponsor of the I-864 must also complete the I-865. I would also get the removal of conditions form (ROC) and fill in the dates you move and location on that form so you do not forget this information. It only costs the time to file the AR-11 and a postage stamp to do the I-865, so I would do it both times you move unless the time between the two moves is very short. The foreign spouse has 10 days by law and the USC has 30 days to inform the USCIS of a move.

Good luck,

Dave
