Hey guys,

I'm in Texas so I know it's going to Vermont, the problem is though it has a street address as well as a PO Box # written on USCIS's website. I googled the address listed and it doesn't appear to be a post office, so I'm confused why would they have P.O Box in addition to the street address?

USCIS Vermont Service Center
75 Lower Welden Street
P.O. Box 200
St. Albans, VT 05479-0001

Can you guys tell me if I should just send it to the street address (and remove the PO box above) to avoid confusion from delivery perspective?

I'm not sure if the carriers (FedEx or even USPS will even take the package because of both these being present on that address label?

I'd appreciate your speedy response so I can get this out tomorrow

Thanks

-Dave

I am not sure why people want to figure out things that they don't know how to figure out. You are just making it harder on yourself. Did you know that certain buildings have their own zip code? Do you know how every building works in the US? Have you considered that USCIS gets thousands of pieces a mail a day and they have figured out a solution that works for them? You don't need to understand it, or google check it, you just need to do it, like thousands of people before you. You should trust that USCIS know how to write their own address so mail gets to them.

You can use the PO Box address for US Postal mail only.

If you want to use FedEx or UPS, you need to use the other address, just like it says in the instructions. It says for "courier" deliveries, use a different address. Then it gives the different address.

Edit: okay, in the new "online" instructions, it only gives one address. Trust that that address works for all mail.
