hey guys, how are you? As you guys already know my paperwork for the f1-visa were denied after interview in Haiti, under lack of proof of serious relationship (I guess)... Over the Summer we had our wedding,and a miscarriage, and are ready to move forward with our lives. We are ready to refile but now I am worried about getting a lawyer, or a visa coach to file the paperwork. I don't want to file it myself because emotionally I am drained from the denial to the miscarriage our love is the only thing keeping me alive right now.. Please some advise, on all we need, and who should we pick, and also will the f1 denial affect us... Thanks

Do you mean your K1 Visa was refused? Cause a F1 is student Visa.

Anyway you need to do whatever you feel comfortable dong whether its a lawyer or not. You would still have to provide all the evidence, and information they merely fill out according to what you gave them and mail off and charge you for it.

You are looking at 12 to 18 months from filing to interview. If no AP.

I would personally file the FOIA so you can find out more why you were denied so you can as find out maybe some specifics.
