You may get an INFOPASS appointment and bring all your documents... Our colleague here @asianculture requested for an infopass and 4 days before the appointment her EAD was approved.

There is no harm trying...

It is very frustrated indeed but once you pass through those bumps on the road you will feel better, I know the feeling because I had 2 RFEs with the same problem.

I suspect that part of the problem for me is that I'm being processed through the National Benefits Center in Missouri - so very slow! They don't call it Misery for nothing! I live in Pittsburgh, so I wonder if it's a Pittsburgh thing or an RFE thing.

Like you I haven't received any RFE till now although I'm thankful but im very worried as there is a possibility of Interview Waiver but at least I have my EAD.

It's a painstaking process but I never gave up and always call USCIS and expedited my case.. After 58 days my EAD was approve and now handy.

Since yours is already 75 days you file an infopass so USCIS can assist you.

I485 family based petition like K1 is handled national benefits center since 2012. All our cases here are in NBC. NBC will not transfer your case to the USCIS office unless all requirements are met before you may be scheduled for interview or potential waiver depending on the workload of the USCIS office concern.

But your EAD is separate from I485 regardless your I485 requires an RFE your EAD will be process although requires patience and time but doing the follow up will help expedite your EAD.

I've been through on the process and It worked.

Firstly you can USCIS and ask to speak with TIER 2 agent.

75days of waiting already qualified for an infopass and expedite.

Yes call USCIS.. Advise the agent that your waiting for your EAD and now 75 days of waiting.. Request to speak with a Tier 2... Demand to speak with a Tier 2 so the agent will transfer you.

It would be a long wait before a tier 2 agent can answer you so best thing to do is chose the callback option.

Well your a pinay pala message me your phone number so I can you te at ng ma guide kita while wala ako ginagawa...

Oh? I was under the impression the first three letters of one's receipt number indicates where one is being processed, and my first three letters are MSC, meaning M(isery)issouri. According to the notice I received regarding my RFE, both EAD and I485 were halted until my RFE was sorted. And now because of the nature of my RFE, I live in fear of receiving a second one.

In the meantime, I've been keeping track of other September filers who received RFEs and it seems the processing time following USCIS's receipt of RFE is about three weeks, so I predict I'll either hear wonderful news or rotten news on Friday.

You may request an infopass or file a follow up with the USCIS ombudsman for your EAD. You have the same case with @asianculture .. She made an infopass appointment but 4 days before the scheduled appointment her EAD was approved.
