Ok here's the update for my second RFE, it's the same reason affidavit of support. I don't know why they didnt include the 1099 of my Husband and it's worth 40k and the 1044 of 100k, but the letter said that he only have 27k on line 22 on his 1040 , well according to the TIER 2 today, just get co sponsor and send it right away so we can get the AED soon, but we continue to argue and said that maybe the one handling the case doesn't know how to look at the tax paper...... But he said no need to argue ( he was not very helpful and pleasant anyway) so I have an appointment to USCIS Ombudsman on Dec 5 ( the latest schedule we can get to follow up the AED) and for the mean time my aunt is willing to be our co sponsor, so once I get all the paper work this weekend I will send it on Monday.

It's just this immigration system is so broken and even the immigration officer that we spoke to can't give us clear answer. So I learned something today " DONT ARGUE!

I feel I'm about to be in the same boat as you, seeing as my first RFE is currently under review due to my hubby not having a US tax return the first time around. I can't escape the fear and anxiety of us not quite being out of the woods just yet. I worry we've done the tax return wrong and we'll be getting a second RFE.

Nov 11, 2014 - RFE response sent

Nov 14, 2014 - RFE response received at MSC

Dec 3, 2014 - Card/document in production!

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

Biometrics done oct 7th and yes I received my EAD 2 weeks after biometrics. Got my interview date on November 5 for dec 8th. Now just wait 2 more weeks and get the good news!!! ??

Wow!! Our time line is the same. Good luck!! me and my wife can't wait for this to be over. Dec 8th all this suspense will be done. Can't wait to go out and celebrate!

I feel I'm about to be in the same boat as you, seeing as my first RFE is currently under review due to my hubby not having a US tax return the first time around. I can't escape the fear and anxiety of us not quite being out of the woods just yet. I worry we've done the tax return wrong and we'll be getting a second RFE.

But here's a question for everyone - have any of you received an interview waver letter?

it is indeed my friend! they didn't give me denial and thats good! i will be sending a joint sponsor next week. all will be fine and all of us will have a great Christmas!

guys my I-485 doesn't show any status on USCIS website since they have changed their website? is this the case with anyone here??? if so what did you do to resolve it?

I have the same problem for i485 and i130. Did you change your address? The address change gets associated with i485 and i130 only (i765 and i131 are bound on i485 so their status doesn't change.

So the status of my applications is your address has been changed and after the website was upgraded nothing is displayed! I can only see that fancy "~My~" ...

If you find a solution to that problem let me know please :)

Congrats! As you said no big hurry for DC as the most important is to start working. Nonetheless, we hope it comes as soon as possible so that we can relax...

I have the same problem for i485 and i130. Did you change your address? The address change gets associated with i485 and i130 only (i765 and i131 are bound on i485 so their status doesn't change.

I called USCIS today they said that its problem because of the website upgrade and nothing else is wrong. Give them a call after 30 days if the problem continued. Moreover, I don't about others but they told me that Los Angeles county Field office is now working on the cases filed in April ... so mine was filled in beginning of sept so....

70 days after USCIS received my paperwork, I finally got an update that my EAD card is being produced :content:

(L) Got married in 2011 (L)

AOS:

- 9/15/14 : USCIS received my I-130, I-485, & I-765 applications at the Chicago lockbox. [day 1] NOA txts rec'd 2 days later.
- 9/20/14 : Received 3 NOA receipts in mail saying case was being processed at the NBC [day 5]
- 9/26/14 : Received biometrics appt letter in the mail; appt. set for 10/6/14 at the Nashville office. [day 11]
- 9/30/14 : Successful early walk-in for my biometrics [day 15]
- 11/24/14 : Received email/txt notification that my EAD card is being produced [day 70] :)
- 12/2/14 : Received EAD card [day 78] :thumbs:
- 12/27/14 : Received interview letter in mail :content: [day 103] (Rec'd txt update on 12/29/14)
- 1/28/15 : Interview date! ​(Went w/a lawyer) We were given an approval letter!! :dancing: [day 135]
