Welcome Aurore. I sent my RFE on October 31 and they received it November 5 and it's on RFE Response Review until now. And my EAD and AP is on my case received still.

Icebryker, did you really received 2 RFE? Paano? Possible pala yun? ?

My I-485 is still on RFE response review as well. Hopefully not too long until you get your EAD/AP!

Ok here's the update for my second RFE, it's the same reason affidavit of support. I don't know why they didnt include the 1099 of my Husband and it's worth 40k and the 1044 of 100k, but the letter said that he only have 27k on line 22 on his 1040 , well according to the TIER 2 today, just get co sponsor and send it right away so we can get the AED soon, but we continue to argue and said that maybe the one handling the case doesn't know how to look at the tax paper...... But he said no need to argue ( he was not very helpful and pleasant anyway) so I have an appointment to USCIS Ombudsman on Dec 5 ( the latest schedule we can get to follow up the AED) and for the mean time my aunt is willing to be our co sponsor, so once I get all the paper work this weekend I will send it on Monday.

It's just this immigration system is so broken and even the immigration officer that we spoke to can't give us clear answer. So I learned something today " DONT ARGUE!

This is just ridiculous! Can't believe they're giving you such a hard time But unfortunately you're right: you can't argue with them!! Good thing your aunt is ok to be your joint sponsor.

I remember the argument of my friend between her husband and the other woman...

I guess this story would be for all of us under k1 and married. I have a friend in the Philippines who suspected that her husband had an affair with another woman. So because I'm a good friend I told her that why not lets tail her husband car using a taxi so we could catch him and prove if her intuition is correct. She agreed.

The car tailing end up in a restaurant in Megamall called Racks. The husband and other woman was ding and eating and enjoying as if they are teen lovers.

So the confrontation, Im at the back of my friend as she confronted her husband and the other woman:

Legal wife: Oh your here... Dining and eating as if your first time lovers. You (referring to mistress) do you know that this man is married and we have two children age 3 and 1 year old?

Mistress: Well it is not my practice to investigate a man whose inviting me for a date. Come on his just courting me yet where not together.

Wife: Not that you know that his married....can you please stop this foolishness and don't you know the food that you eat today is already the budget for the milk and diapers and vitamins of my two children?

Mistress: Well instead of complaining since your here why not just join with us instead of showing your bitterness... It's my fault if I'm delicious. Why not ask your husband?

husband was silent the whole time... People in the restaurant are watching I advised my friend for us to go... The mistress is powerful...

Lesson: We as legal wife's and husband should be alert, sexy, beautiful and brainy. Hahha aLthough I admire the courage of the mistress.
