Call USCIS hotline... Then press 1...then 2, then 2, then 2...advise the agent that you have your case number with you..

Then request to speak with tier 2 and insists..

Hi, did you receive your letter as yet. I tried calling today too but was placed on hold for 3 hours, but wasnt able to request a call back. I will try again tomorrow too.

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

I hope mine happens soon too, cause i checked my status and it says on 11/17/2014 they sent a letter and gave it to an officer for response. Hopefully they approve it.

Website finally updated - I-130 approved as well as my PR status has been registered & welcome notice mailed yesterday :dancing:

9/5/14- Received texts with receipt numbers, Online status updated for all four cases to " Acceptance" & " Initial review "

9/9/14- NOA1 hard copies received in mail

9/12/14- Biometrics letter recieved ( Date set for 9/22/14 )

9/15/14- Biometrics completed

9/16/14- Submitted EAD Expedite through congressman

9/24/14- Case moved to " Testing and interview "

9/26/14- EAD and AP Approved

10/2/14- EAD Mailed

10/3/14- EAD 'Delivered'.. but never recieved :ranting:

10/16/14- Interview date received for 11/19 - My birthday! :D

11/19/14- Interview day- Approved- PR status registered & Welcome letter mailed

3/5/2018: Another update saying i751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

5/7/2018: Received Letter stating i751 Case transferred to National Benefits Center, Lee's Summit, MO 64064

5/30/2018: Interview scheduled for N400

7/11/2018: Attended interview and was informed it will be a combo N400/I751 interview

8/6/2018: N400 Approved

8/7/2018: I751 Approved

9/5/2018: Oath Ceremony missed due to travel abroad and letter sent to USCIS to reschedule ceremony

10/2/2018: Officially a US Citizen!

Congrats to our pioneers, you guys deserve it. Enjoy the land of the free freely...Thanks again for the interview updates..sure helpful. Also congrats to the ones receiving updates on their cases,,,it makes us know that them officers are quite doing something. Patient will pay off. To our friend that just got an RFE, take heart, once you reply to it correctly they will start working on your case again. Good luck, just look for a sponsor if you don't have one..my husband and I make over 100,000 but I have a sponsor for just incase they send me a RFE for affidavit. Happy thanks giving to everyone...

I haven't recieve my letter yet, but I am on hold with USCIS now, I hope to talk to someone right now. Did you get another RFE?
