I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

Did you try to call customer service and request to speak with immigration officer? That's what Idid a couple of times.

No, not yet. I guess I'll wait until the 90 days are up (it will be soon). Hopefully I'll get the good news before!

bummer! when i checked my status this is what i saw.....i cannot believe that i have to get this notice again...i don't know what initial evidence they want and its freaking me out!

Your notice explains what we need from you to resume work on your case. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Oh no!! I'm so sorry. Is it for your I-485? I understand you're freaking out! I would totally freak out if I get another RFE. :(:(

Oh my god i'm so sorry for you :( RFEs suck especially when they send you more than one of them :( When did you send your first response to your first RFE?

AOS Journey:

9/19/2014: AOS Package (i130, i485, i765 and i131) sent to Chicago lockbox using USPS Certified mail

12/3/2014: EAD and Advanced Parole in Production :dancing:

12/12/2014: EAD/AP Card received

1/23/2015: Interview is Scheduled for February 27!

1/28/2015: Interview Letter Received

3/10/2015: Greencard Received

 

12/3/2016: Filed i751 at California Service Center

 

12/4/2016: Filed N400 - Dallas TX

 

2/18/2018: i751 Case transferred to Local Office

2/26/2018: i751 Case received at Local Office

1/5/2018: i751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

3/5/2018: Another update saying i751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

5/7/2018: Received Letter stating i751 Case transferred to National Benefits Center, Lee's Summit, MO 64064

5/30/2018: Interview scheduled for N400

7/11/2018: Attended interview and was informed it will be a combo N400/I751 interview

8/6/2018: N400 Approved

8/7/2018: I751 Approved

9/5/2018: Oath Ceremony missed due to travel abroad and letter sent to USCIS to reschedule ceremony

10/2/2018: Officially a US Citizen!

another RFE! I don't know what they want....i have to wait for the mail. if they are asking for the same evidence i am going to talk to our Senator because my husbands salary is above poverty guidelines. well it is what it is, i can only do so much and just continue praying that i will resolve everything soon.

well actually its not over delayed yet because the time frame is 3-6 months and i am just heading to 3 months on Dec 5th.

Well I just hope they will approve your EAD despite of RFE... Try to call trier 2 and workout your EAD... There's no harm in trying..

90 days of not earning is stressful for earning for ourselves is rewarding and also at least with your EAD you can drive and travel around.

I don't know if your catholic or not but I always pray for Pope Pius and St Paul of Tarsus for intercession and wisdom. It really helps.

There is also a prayer for Financial Hardship by St. Paul. I will post it here later. I'm using mobile now.

Well I just hope they will approve your EAD despite of RFE... Try to call trier 2 and workout your EAD... There's no harm in trying..

90 days of not earning is stressful for earning for ourselves is rewarding and also at least with your EAD you can drive and travel around.

I'll just wait for the RFE notice in the mail and yes i am catholic and its just some minor bumps on the road, atleast i am not waiting in the Philippines.

Could you give me the number of TIER 2, i will try to call them, and you are right theres no harm in trying.

Call USCIS hotline... Then press 1...then 2, then 2, then 2...advise the agent that you have your case number with you..

Then request to speak with tier 2 and insists..

Just request for a callback and an immigration officer will call you.
