We just found out our baby sitter cancelled for tomorrow. Our son is 3 months and it looks like he will be coming to the interview tomorrow! We just moved here and have no family near our anyrhing. Interview is early and son normally sleeps at that time so hopefully he will sleep in his seat and the io won't be too annoyed with us....Will keep everyone posted on how that goes!!

Good luck in your interview today! Will be thinking of you!!

No worries, Ive read lots of couples that go with babies. Good luck tomorrow!!!! Keep us informed :)

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

anyone knows when does the processing time of 90 days begin when filing the aos,ead and ap? i filed all of them sept 17th they received ead and ap sept. 22' but the fingerprint fee was accepted october 7 and i got NOA Oct 7 too. I just dont know where to start my 90 days counting. should it be sept. 22 or oct. 7?

i really need to find a job soon. husband got laid off :-(

I always count the days since they received the cases. The date our NOA letter has on it.... Also because here in visa journey when you look at timelines of other people it says EAD approved in "...." days and its since the case is received.

It's true that without doing biometrics they won't give you EAD but I think they start working on it right away ,they just need to make sure you are clean to allow you.

And sorry about your husband!!, if you find a job offer you could totally expedite you guys need the job!

I think your already qualified for an infopass appointment and also if possible seek help from your congressman... Call USCIS if they advise you for an infopass then much better although I'm not that sure if they issue your EAd right away.

12-27-14 - Received EAD/AP in the mail

12-29-14 - applied for SSN using new EAD, need verification from DHS becuase i am not yet in the system

12-30-14 - Received email for Interview Appointment on January 29

01-29-15 - Interview

02-03-15 - SSN received in the mail / received letter from USCIS that i need to complete I-693 vaccination worksheet form

02-10-15 - submitted form I-693

02-12-15 - Card in production (thank God!)

02-20-15 - card mailed

02-25-15 - card received in mail (delayed from usps)

- 9/15/14 : USCIS received my I-130, I-485, & I-765 applications at the Chicago lockbox. [day 1] NOA txts rec'd 2 days later.
- 9/20/14 : Received 3 NOA receipts in mail saying case was being processed at the NBC [day 5]
- 9/26/14 : Received biometrics appt letter in the mail; appt. set for 10/6/14 at the Nashville office. [day 11]
- 9/30/14 : Successful early walk-in for my biometrics [day 15]
- 11/24/14 : Received email/txt notification that my EAD card is being produced [day 70] :)
- 12/2/14 : Received EAD card [day 78] :thumbs:
- 12/27/14 : Received interview letter in mail :content: [day 103] (Rec'd txt update on 12/29/14)

I'm in the crossroad of giving up or wait my greencard application.

This is already too much... To wait for something in the blank wall makes us all crazy.

America isnt the kind of Hollywood movie we envisioned to be.

Dont give up, you have come this far. I know this process is stressful, draining emotionally and mentally. Believe me there were times i wanted to give up too. Just think of this experience as a test of patience. Peace and love.

I could guess that feeling. My interview is dec 8th and I can't wait till it's over. Right now I just trying to put together us much evidence possible and working a lot keeping my self busy. Plus me and my wife is going on vacation the week before the interview so we can relax a little. This is so stressful. If u don't mind we ask what branch is ur interview?
