I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

Today I updated my resume and looked at available jobs in my area. I also looked for work at home jobs. I wish they would just approve my EAD soon, it's ok with me even if they take a long time processing my greencard.

I did the same thing and I have been getting calls from recruiters but I can't work right away, the good thing is, they are ok for me to call them back once I get my AED, so you are doing the right thing, because if they see your qualification and they really need you, they are willing to wait and you can land a job right away , I posted my resume in indeed.com and monster.com. Good luck and happy job hunting.

The ones that got appoved quickly I guess got expidited.

According to JV timelines data they should process your EAD soon since they are now processing applications with NOAs of September 2..

But then again you also had an RFE... I hope your RFE does not delay your application because that will mean that my application will also be delayed (i also got an rfe back then :( )

Hey! Yes I saw that too! My NOA's date is Sept 5 so hopefully I'll have an update soon. But since I had a RFE, I'm scared that it delayed everything. And the Atlanta local office seems to be very slow! Hope you have movement on your case soon!

Im part of the RFE Club... Huhu. No update yet until now. November 5 my status was RFE Response Review. I guess my EAD and AP still on hold too. So worried. ??
