Well tomorrow is holiday and were expected to be warmer...so good time to go fishing and enjoy the sun...

We are lucky to have a nice weather....some states are experiencing heavy storm and snow right now.

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

I'm supposed to go the pier and enjoy the sun but to my dismay... It's cloudy and temp drop from 72 to 61 to 48 by afternoon..

Same here. My husband teases me because as soon as it drops to 60's & 50's I start complaining.. I keep telling him I have island blood and I wasn't built for cold :lol:

9/2/14- Delivered to Chicago lockbox

9/5/14- Received texts with receipt numbers, Online status updated for all four cases to " Acceptance" & " Initial review "

9/9/14- NOA1 hard copies received in mail

9/12/14- Biometrics letter recieved ( Date set for 9/22/14 )

9/15/14- Biometrics completed

9/16/14- Submitted EAD Expedite through congressman

9/24/14- Case moved to " Testing and interview "

9/26/14- EAD and AP Approved

10/2/14- EAD Mailed

10/3/14- EAD 'Delivered'.. but never recieved :ranting:

10/16/14- Interview date received for 11/19 - My birthday! :D

11/19/14- Interview day- Approved- PR status registered & Welcome letter mailed

11/24/14- Welcome letter recieved

11/26/14- GC Mailed

11/29/14- GC Received

Let us all pray that all our cases will be adjudicated before President Obama issues an executive order on Immigration by the end of the year. According to the news, Republicans will block USCIS budget which could delay greencard and employment authorization issuance.

I believe we have waited long enough and we should not endure the problems of those illegals. I am in favor of immigration reform and my heart goes for those in hiding especially for Filipino TNT's but I also believe that legal immigrant issues needs to be resolve first than those illegals.

To date...my case now is in 46 days no RFE and no response on the expedited request.

Only USCIS knows what is going on. I pity my partner whose working a lot and cant even share for the expenses.

Never mind media, if media predicted everything in this world we would be dead by now...The same reason the illegal person wants to adjust to US is the same reason the legal person wants to adjust his/her status. USA country is the land of the free, belongs to the Indians so everyone should be allowed to live ideally. Almost everyone migrated here for a reason. Let us wish them the very best too. RFE is currently making cases late by 2 months that is 60 days. They should tell you on the website when they will give a response. Hope things will get better for you soon, it can get tough depending on 1 income.

02/14/15 AOS interview scheduled for 3/19/15

03/19/15 Interview...

Tomorrow is another day and atleast my RFE response says that I should be getting a decision on Nov 28 so I am counting down now.
