I actually miss the old system..... The new website with you look at your case it doesn't show those circles anymore, and the thing I like the least is before I would write the case only once and change the last number, now you have to out all it every time.

Agree, I liked the circles because you could see all the steps in one place. Now it looks like you can only see the next step.

And the previous status updates seemed more detailed and informative.

I do like how it is touchscreen friendly though.

I love the previous one too, this new one is kinda scary to look at, so bold and there was changes on the date of my AED and AP application, it says they recieved it Sept 10, previously it was Sept 5th.

And my AOS application it says I will be receiving a decision or an update on Nov 28...right now it's still on RFE was recieved.

If you sign up for an account, you add each case number to your account. Then when you login it shows the status for everything in one place, with links to click for each case.

I ended up making a profile this morning to avoid writing all the case numbers all the time. I didn't mind with the old site just changing the last one.

Seems like lots of people are having trouble trying to see their cases or it shows things aren't real like RFE or random stuff.

Mine looks exactly the same. ( no change since September 18 )

I enjoyed the old circles, you could see where the end was now it's kind of ok you are here and that's all you get haha

The dates didn't change on mine. Something that did change though was that now my I-485 says that I should have received my interview notice by 11/7/14, which I didn't but before it just said I was in line for interview. Now I'm wondering if they sent my notice and didn't update the old website and perhaps it was lost in the mail... I'm calling Monday morning for sure!

Well it's Monday tomorrow lets hope for a good update although Tuesday is holiday... I'm not expecting too much on my case and I'm not that hoping anymore.

If I will let USCIS ruin my life there already 30% successful.

Well its been a long delay already. Tomorrow I will call USCIS and once and for all settle this issue.

If they can't process these documents or cant even give a good answer as to what is going on...better refund the payment for delays and poor customer service. I am not even so sure if our cases were assigned to an Immigration Officer, because if our cases are assigned to a train IO I dont think the personnel involve will keep our records in his/her desk for no valid reason.

Maybe these officers if not lazy just wanted to kill the time and had not been doing anything.

I paid $1,080.00...I am expecting that at least somehow the government whom I admired since I was a child would help and welcome in the country with an open arms. I come to america to marry the person i dearly loved but these lengthy process sometimes caused our disagreements. I cant help blame myself and my self esteem had been very low that I just dont want to go out in the house because of thinking going out will just cost money.

I am a businessman in the Philippines before i travel and married to my spouse. If not because of my spouse I would have turn my back and just go home. My country isn't perfect but at least I can move and work in there with no issues.

Well I'm losing patience and I'm not excited as ever. I will not be surprise if i will received an RFE or maybe I have to file and pay another fee again.

Well to all of us goodluck and hope we receive a good news. As a result of these delay. I already cancelled our booking for Bahamas on December and also cancelled my plan to go back in the Philippines by 1st week of december since Im not optimistic I can do it.

If I have to rate USCIS in the range from 1-10 (10 - excellent) I will rate them -100 ......
