they have´nt even asked me yet to mail them my job offer letter..i hate this whole process so much :(

I hope you hear something soon. Johan is still waiting since August 6th, with trying to expedite (twice) both through USCIS and our congressperson. Nothing yet. But September seems to be moving better than October, so you'll hear soon, I'm sure. :)

07/25/2014 - Johan arrives in Los Angeles!

08/24/2015 - Green cards are FINALLY in hand after nearly 13 months of waiting.

05/31/2017 - biometrics appt (Oxnard, CA)

06/19/2018 - ROC still pending with no news but that wonky glitch back in February, so we went ahead and filed for citizenship

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

oh my not even the congressman worked? this takes a little hope away :( we are all in the same boat. I hope Johan gets news soon.

8/1/09- Married (L)

9/5/14- Sent AOS Package

9/10/14- Received texts with receipt numbers, Online status updated for all four cases to " Acceptance" & " Initial review "

9/20/14- Biometrics letter recieved ( Date set for 9/30/14 )

9/30/14- Biometrics completed

10/8/14- Case moved to "Testing and interview "

10/16/14- EAD and AP Approved

10/22/14- EAD Mailed

10/24/14- EAD Delivered

3/23/15- Interview... no decision,

8/07/15- Rec'd email that my husband is APPROVED!!! Praise the LORD!!!!! Thank you, JESUS!!!!

8/11/15- Welcome Notice rec'd in mail

8/25/15- Green Card has been mailed!!!!!

8/27/15 - Green Card in hand!!

 

N-400

6/6/19- Sent N-400 Package

6/8/19- Biometrics completed

6/24/19- Biometrics reviewed

2/18/20- Interview scheduled (3/26/20)

3/18/20- Rec'd letter "Interview De-Scheduled

Guys, are we eligible to request a security clearance after we become residents?

i think not, security clearance is for US citizens only. My hubby is retired u.s. navy and currently working as a contractor at the u.s. navy too. He is undergoing investigation for security clearance process.

02/12/2014 - I-129F package sent

03/20/2014 - got approved (NOA2) yey!

05-20-2014 - Interview

05-23-2014 - CEAC status : From AP to Issued! (Thank God!)

05-28-2014 -VISA on hand

06-29-2014 - POE

07-16-2014 - Wedding date❤️❤️❤️

Call customer service... As soon as you speak to a representative and request to expedite his EAd... Get the case or reference number and normally they will sent you an email requesting to fax the job offer or documents..

I'm not sure if it will be adjudicated right away but it's not wrong to request to request to speak a tier 2 officer...

By the way... Is your husband filed an EAD concurrent to i485 family base petition?

You can call the hotline of USCIS and request it on the phone. You have to tell them it's causing financial hardship on you and will most likely have to send a letter of your job offer to proof that you have a job waiting for you.

Without an job offer the will probably deny the expedite :(

I did requested my ead to be expedited... But NGA NGA ang result...

Just be patient and try to request it maybe it will work... Did your husband entered the US as k1?

i am the one who needs to have a job, iand yes i applied for aOS

so i need to have a job offer first before they can expedite it?

I was guessing she's the K1 and her husband USC that's about to lose his job. That's why she needs her EAD to compensate for that!?

Regarding your concern yes you need a job offer... For the meantime try to look for cash paying jobs... That's what I'm doing now...
