Oh sent my AOS September 24...biometrics Oct 20...if only I knew I could walk in early...

Waiting for EAD...I can wait for my GC but if they can release it earlier much better

Hope we all get some updates soon! :)

Can't wait for EAD! I'm ready to get out of the appartment :rolleyes: Here in Georgia you can get a DL with the EAD/AP combo card so you might can get one too!

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

Atlanta is a very beautiful city...home of coca cola and cnn...

Well I check the mail tomorrow...this AOS is somewhat same as k1 application...as the day gets closer it's getting exciting. Lols

Yes I like living here, it's really nice!

And yes it's exciting because you know it can get updated any day lol!! And there are lots of September filers who have had EAD/AP approved so that's good!

For everyone not driving, where are you from? I am Canadian but living in NY state and I had no idea we should not be driving, my husbands car insurance even accepted me with my Canadian drivers license...

From. What I know we can drive only for 180 days using our international drivers license. Mine is a Philippine drivers license but I can only use it til today unless my GC and EAD or AP arrives then I can get the license right away.

I'm French. I came with an international driver license that I got in France (and that I've been using before when I came to visit my husband, then fiancé). I was able to drive while my I-94 was not expired with my international driver license. I was added on my husband's car insurance too. I read on the DMV website that when you stay to become a resident, you have to get a US driver license.

Well if your I94 expired I suggest not to drive. Wait till you get your GC or EAP.

That's my dilemma too I can't drive now and my employment is put on hold because of GC and EAP. I'm hoping and praying the EAP will be approved soon.

That sucks! I'm sorry about that. Maybe you can try to expedite your EAD??

Do you have any update of your case? If you sent it September 3, 2014....you should have been approved of your EAD and AP

Oh I did try to request an expedited request but it just made the matter worst. I lost all my jobs already so to expedite the process is just useless..

Going tomorrow to the civil surgeon Dr Hussain Ali Ronaghy for my I-693 and was wondering one thing: my vaccination records are all on my maiden name, but since I filed my application on my new married name, I have filed in my married name on the form. I will bring my marriage certificate along. It should be fine right?
