I have very good news. After complaining on this thread this afternoon. Well tonight I got notifications that my EAD/AP card status is on "Card Production". I'm so freaking happy. I thought I could of done back flips. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement. Now I have to wait for my card to come!!!!! Yay me!!!!

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

Successful walk in biometrics today at the Chula Vista office! I went in at around 1.30 pm and was out in 15 minutes!!! I think I just had the wrong attitude the first time I tried the early walk in this Monday! Today I just kindly asked him if there is any time at all before next week when he could fit me in. And he agreed on the spot. It was totally my fault the first time around! So walk ins at Chula Vista are possible to!

My I485 and I765 just changed to Testing, Interview and Card Production. My FP was on 10/17. Hope my AED gonna be here soon!!!

09/17: Sent AOS package to Chicago (Day 00)

09/23: Got acceptance. (Day 06)

09/27: NOA1 received. (Day 10)

10/06: Got biometrics letter. (Day 19)

10/17: Biometrics done! (Day 30)

10/22: I485 was changed to Testing& Itvw

I765 Card Production. (Day 35)

10/23: I765 Card production(again). (Day 36)

10/29: Received EAD card. (Day 42)
