Here's a little update to my case..

I received an email on Friday for my EAD approval, I received the exact email today again. Just a little bit disturbed that I got the same email twice. does anyone have the same issue ?

Advance parole----post decision

I-485---- testing and interview

I believe September was a good month to file.. Good luck to every one.

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

He made it seem like they don't accept walk-ins. He said: "What would happen if everybody would come in whenever they want? That's why you have an appointment letter!" But then there were 2 successful early walk ins at this office in Chula Vista. So I'm rly hoping to get another person tomorrow that'll let me in.

There didn't seem to be too many people. There were 3 (seemed separate) waiting areas in the Suite for the fingerprints though. Not sure what each one was for.

The walk-in they accepted were today??? Maybe if you read in in a post and was very old the changed the security man at the door, it all depends on him

Just received hard copy interview notice!!! Great day!

Congrats girl, it's almost ending for you :) does the letter ask for specific things to bring to the interview??

Congratulations!!!!

I agree with you. My I485 status just changed to "Testing and Interview" today. I had Biometrics done on October 7th and EAD status changed to "Card/Document Production" on the 16th. Can't wait for the letter with details for the interview date. It seems to be moving along pretyy good.

I'm getting jealous of everyone that soon getting their cards and appointment letters lol. Can't wait till I get an update on my case. Feels like no one in NBC is touching my case at all. After my did my biometrics I felt good but no it's like I'm elegy ting sad

I'm getting jealous of everyone that soon getting their cards and appointment letters lol. Can't wait till I get an update on my case. Feels like no one in NBC is touching my case at all. After my did my biometrics I felt good but no it's like I'm elegy ting sad

Haha same here, everytime someone post something I can't move my fingers faster to go check my uscis status :) I have no news since September 30 since the biometrics. But also no one else from atlanta area who filled same month so I guess our office is taking its time :clock:

Still excited that things keep moving for so many!!!!

Expecting ap/ead card to arrive Thursday, fingers crossed!!! :D

I does check my status often to on the website so much times a day. I haven't gotten no RFE so I thought it would of been going quick for me but I guess not. And I don't know if anyone else in this thread is from Connecicut. And ppl with case numbers after mines have gotten through

I see they clearly ask for all the need/want. Now time to read ready!!!!

The part where its says " all documentation stablishing your eligibility for lawful permanent resident status"

What's is exactly what there are asking for?? Everything else I understand well
