Hey that's cool, my birthday is Nov 1st and my wife's is Nov 23rd (yeah I know she is not a Scorpio). Hopefully we all get some good news right around our birthdays.

Yes :)!!! Hoping November is a good month for everybody. My timeline here says I should have EAD around November 10 and 15 if not to give uscis a call by then.

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

I haven't gotten the hard copy yet but yes it does list things you should bring such as joint bank accounts, pictures, etc.. will let you know exactly what else when I get the letter

9/5/14- Received texts with receipt numbers, Online status updated for all four cases to " Acceptance" & " Initial review "

9/9/14- NOA1 hard copies received in mail

9/12/14- Biometrics letter recieved ( Date set for 9/22/14 )

9/15/14- Biometrics completed

9/16/14- Submitted EAD Expedite through congressman

9/24/14- Case moved to " Testing and interview "

9/26/14- EAD and AP Approved

10/2/14- EAD Mailed

10/3/14- EAD 'Delivered'.. but never recieved :ranting:

10/16/14- Interview date received for 11/19 - My birthday! :D

11/19/14- Interview day- Approved- PR status registered & Welcome letter mailed

11/24/14- Welcome letter recieved

11/26/14- GC Mailed

I have been writing a list of things I will bring , regardless the letter aks for something or not, pictures, Bank statements, wedding invitations, baby shower invitation, instagram and FB screenshots, a receipt from a watch I got my husband last Christmas ( I randomly found it last month cleaning I thought was great lol )

we don't have too many joint things since I dont have the EAD yet, but it's good to know what they ask in the letters, in case don't ask the same to everybody, I rather be prepared and bring all kind of things that having them ask for something and have it sitting at home.

The lack of progress is frustrating. Is NBC (Missouri) always slow? I think having our k-1 processed so quickly by CSC is messing with my expectations...

I'm an early September filer also. AOS accepted the 8th and did my biometrics on the 30th. I haven't gotten no RFE. Everytime I check my case it is not updated. I didn't know NBC was this slow either. It's like waiting for a long time.

We are in the same situation. In fact one day behind you to be exact and still nothing. AOS still shows in the acceptance stage, hasn't even moved to Initial Review yet.

K-1 Visa

Oct 1st, 2013 – Mailed in I-129F Package to Dallas Lockbox.

Oct 4th, 2013 – Package Delivered.

Oct 9th, 2013 - NOA1 Text and Email

Oct 15th, 2013 - NOA1 Hardcopy received in mail. Notice date on hardcopy says October 8th.

Nov 13th, 2013 - NOA2 - update on USCIS website

Dec 9th, 2013 - Petition received at NVC

Dec 11th, 2013 - Petition sent to Manila

Dec 19th, 2013 - Embassy receives petition

Dec 29th-Jan 8th-Our first New Year's together.

Feb 23rd- Fly to Manila to be with Ema for the interview.

Feb 27th, 2014 - Interview scheduled. We were APPROVED dancin5hr.gif

Feb 28th, 2014 - Ema does CFO- Passes with flying colors.

Mar 6th, 2014 - Visa in hand and ready to fly home.

Mar 14th, 2014 - POE Los Angeles

Apr 17th, 2014 - Our Wedding date. (L)

We got our NOA1 on Sept 12, had our biometrics on Oct 6. Still no updates, our status has not changed either since early Sept.

EAD arrived in the mail today!

My case status for AOS seems to be stuck at "Acceptance"

I just received my biometrics letter. About "early walk ins" where shoukd i call so i know that my local uscis accepts walk ins? if they do accept walk ins, do i need to get an appointment from them and reschedule earlier or i will jist show up anytime i want?
