Day 27: Biometrics Completed at appointment date (10/9/14)

Day 33: I-485 Changed to testing and Interview (10/15/14)

Day 38: Text/Email Updated with Interview date (10/20/14)

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

Finally received an interview date for November 19th today and that day is also my birthday lol

Thats really good news!! Since all the bad handling with your EAD seems like they will do better with your GC you could have it by the end of November and be able to work :)

( By the way my birthday is November 21st Scorpio girls ;) )

No news is good news I guess? No updates to our case status since 9/9. Biometrics was on 10/1....

I guess you are right with no news is good news, I am still waiting. For AED/AP, we had the sa,e date of biometrics but I had RFE and we mailed it last Sept 29, from then we haven't heard anything from them except my case was changed from RFE To RFE received. I hope next week we see progress.

Those that have gotten their AOS interview appointments letters already, just curious question. What was your last 2 numbers for your case?

I think for interviews it depends more on how busy they are at your local office

9/9/14- NOA1 hard copies received in mail

9/12/14- Biometrics letter recieved ( Date set for 9/22/14 )

9/15/14- Biometrics completed

9/16/14- Submitted EAD Expedite through congressman

9/24/14- Case moved to " Testing and interview "

9/26/14- EAD and AP Approved

10/2/14- EAD Mailed

10/3/14- EAD 'Delivered'.. but never recieved :ranting:

10/16/14- Interview date received for 11/19 - My birthday! :D

11/19/14- Interview day- Approved- PR status registered & Welcome letter mailed

My I-765 EAD Application just changed status to Card / Document production today. My biometric was completed on October 7th. What a nice birthday gift :-)

All the other status remain the same.

Oct 1st, 2013 – Mailed in I-129F Package to Dallas Lockbox.

Oct 4th, 2013 – Package Delivered.

Oct 9th, 2013 - NOA1 Text and Email

Oct 15th, 2013 - NOA1 Hardcopy received in mail. Notice date on hardcopy says October 8th.

Nov 13th, 2013 - NOA2 - update on USCIS website

Dec 9th, 2013 - Petition received at NVC

Dec 11th, 2013 - Petition sent to Manila

Dec 19th, 2013 - Embassy receives petition

Dec 29th-Jan 8th-Our first New Year's together.

Feb 23rd- Fly to Manila to be with Ema for the interview.

Feb 27th, 2014 - Interview scheduled. We were APPROVED dancin5hr.gif

Feb 28th, 2014 - Ema does CFO- Passes with flying colors.

Mar 6th, 2014 - Visa in hand and ready to fly home.

Apr 17th, 2014 - Our Wedding date. (L)

Sept 9th - Package Delivered

Sept 11th - NOA1 Texts and Emails.

Sept 17th - NOA1 Hardcopys received.

Sept 20th - Biometrics appointment letter received. Appointment for Oct 2nd.

Oct 2nd - Biometrics Done!

Nov 15th - EAD & AP approved and on the way!

No interview or interview wavier notice received

Jun 30th, 2015- Received welcome notice and approval.
