Give uscis a call make sure your biometrics letter wasn't lost in the mail or something. Good luck!

I have the exact same NOA1 date with you and my Biometrics appointment was issued on October 3 and I received it on October 10. Logic tells me your biometrics appointment letter should of been printed around the same date so as pro_star said I would also suggest you call USCIS to make sure USPS did not loose your letter. If your letter was issued already they should be able to fax it to you if the date is nearing!

So I followed your advice and gave USCIS a call today. Customer Service Agent told me that it hasn't been 30 days since I applied for my AOS and EAD and that they need at least that time frame to process applications. Then I told him some people who applied on the same date as me already had their biometrics done; he said they're trying to process applications as fast as they can. Ugh.

Thank you for your advices. I'll just wait for an update with my application, since I can't do anything but wait.

Ok I haven't even done my biometrics and I already have an RFE. I guess there are two things that they can ask for,

1) my medical exam which I have ready to send it to them whenever they ask for it,

2)an additional affidavit of support which will be troublesome. My wife just started working in september and is making above the poverty line but I guess since she hasn't filed taxes before they might want us to send them an additional affidavit of support from someone else..

I guess we can only wait and see.. :/

Mine too. I think it's the same for everyone!

Sorry about the RFE :( My RFE is for the affidavit of support. My husband just started working in May and didn't file taxes for the most recent tax year. He's making above the poverty guideline but they want us to find a joint sponsor. I hope your RFE is just for the medical.
