Mel, I don't think they'd do anything even if you did call. If they're reviewing it now, it may take some time. Heck, it took me three months from when my status got changed to ready for interview to getting the actual notice.

(Poor uscis got a couple calls from me there. Love their cute drawl lol)

Takes them time to review and paper push and schedule sometimes.

May 29, 2013 - Finally!!! I-129F and associated forms delivered!

June 3, 2013 - NOA1!

August 19, 2013 - NOA2! (email)

October 10, 2013 - NVC has our case, Vancouver number assigned

***Communications with Vancouver begging to put my case on hold a while due to house not selling!!!***

February 18, 2014 - Packet 3 Submitted

February 20, 2014 - Packet 4!!

May 5, 2014 - Medical

May 7, 2014 - Consulate Interview

May 13, 2014 - K1 visa in hand!!!

July 2, 2014 - POE (Sweetgrass)

July 23, 2014 - apply for EI (mother of god that was confusing...)

You have to call them, maybe they waived your interview.

Yes I think I will call them. Perhaps our interview has been waived.

Last time for the K1 visa process there was a computer glitch and I called the customer service hotline because I was wondering why was everyone getting approved so fast when I didn't hear anything, and I filed earlier or around the same time as some people. I called that stupid customer service number and they said nothing was wrong, etc. But than out of no where I got a letter from the National Visa center that my I129 F was forward to the Seoul US Embassy. I called them back and they apologize.

*sigh* Just hope to hear some good news.

HI there. Your timeline is exactly ours. Our current status is also exactly like yours. We have inquired. We have had our congressman inquire (due to job requiring travel to canada....aka need that green card). The response that USCIS gave our congressman (they didn't give us any of this information even though we inquired) was that while we are a potential interview waiver case, my husband's case is currently still pending the security checks. My assumption is that once the security checks clear then the online status will change to "ready for interview" even if they plan to waive our interview.

All that to say, your status and timeline is not abnormal. We are in that boat with you.

Glad to know that there are a few people in the same boat. Maybe I should contact my congresswoman.

I am from LA, I checked the processing time and they're still at the end of June. :(

It sucks because my husband wants to work soo badly but most of these damn companies only want a person who is a green card holder or US citizen ... they don't like people with Work permit cards.

Thanks guys.

The interview is fast. The process was about 25 minutes.

She didn't ask more question to me. Maybe she knows my English is not very well.

So my husband answered most of question.

Finally, she told us we will get my card soon.

At home I search my case on USCIS.

My case is "New Card Is Being Produced" now. :)
