Lol, my dear, I have never been that lucky, I wish that was the case but I highly doubt that I am in for a long wait for the process. What is your status on the website?

my NOA emails and letter say something different so I searched here in the forum "national benefits center AOS" to see and that's what people was asking and talking about :) I shared in case it was possible since you come with K-1

got hard copies of NOA 1 in mail today :)

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

I think he's talking about his status on uscis.gov :) I have the same status.

Ohhhh!!! Ok I get it now. I even went to look at my letter and emails and I was wondering why I had different ones haha. Yes in uscis.gov

N-400, Naturalization Journey:

Filing date: April 11, 2018

Filing method: Online

NOA1 date: April 12, 2018

Biometrics date: April 25, 2018

Interview scheduled/rescheduled: Jan 11, 2019/Feb 13, 2019

Placed in line for Oath: Feb 15, 2019

Oath scheduled for: Mar 21, 2019

 

Journey of Removal of Conditions:

I-751 Petition for removal of conditions sent: Apr 12, 2017

USPS delivered package: Apr 13, 2017 

NOA1 received: Apr 21, 2017

Biometrics appointment received: May 6, 2017 for May 15, 2017

I-485: Case updated, Welcome Notice was mailed  (07/09/15) Took 6 months and 27 days from the date of NPIW and after 10 months and 2 days of NOA 1

Welcome Notice hard copy received in mail, GC should arrive in 3 weeks (07/13/15)<p>

I went green and received my Green Card on (07/29/15)

Er, NM, I was having browser issues...

Anyway... when did you get your NOA1? And you just filed for AOS? or did you file EAD and AP as well? Do you know which got the RFE?

I got my NOA1 few days after we sent our docs, for my RFE I am still waiting for the letter it is suppose to arrive this week..I will keep you guys updated

I will keep you posted ! I will go there on Monday , it's 2 weeks early for biometric appointment but there's no harmin trying :-).

Haha I was feeling the same exact way I just wanted it to be on someone's hands in uscis to feel safe, lol

We sent it a Friday and I remember Sunday it already said ready to deliver next Monday and it took them all day long to make an update. I hope you have some news by the end of the day

It's wednesday and still nothing :( last update on the tracking page says:

September 23, 2014 , 7:23 am

Departed USPS Facility

CHICAGO, IL 60607

I sent it out on Friday morning and expected delivery still says Monday 22 September :( I hoped USPS didn't lose my package

12/3/2014: EAD and Advanced Parole in Production :dancing:

12/12/2014: EAD/AP Card received

1/23/2015: Interview is Scheduled for February 27!

3/10/2015: Greencard Received

 

12/3/2016: Filed i751 at California Service Center

 

12/4/2016: Filed N400 - Dallas TX

 

2/18/2018: i751 Case transferred to Local Office

2/26/2018: i751 Case received at Local Office

1/5/2018: i751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

3/5/2018: Another update saying i751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

5/7/2018: Received Letter stating i751 Case transferred to National Benefits Center, Lee's Summit, MO 64064

5/30/2018: Interview scheduled for N400

7/11/2018: Attended interview and was informed it will be a combo N400/I751 interview

8/6/2018: N400 Approved

8/7/2018: I751 Approved

9/5/2018: Oath Ceremony missed due to travel abroad and letter sent to USCIS to reschedule ceremony

10/2/2018: Officially a US Citizen!

Woke up this morning and checked my cases online as per usual, my case has jumped to testing and interview !! I am SOO happy, Hoping I get a notice with a date soon :dance::D

6/20/14- Married

8/29/14- Sent AOS Package

9/2/14- Delivered to Chicago lockbox

9/5/14- Received texts with receipt numbers, Online status updated for all four cases to " Acceptance" & " Initial review "

9/9/14- NOA1 hard copies received in mail

9/12/14- Biometrics letter recieved ( Date set for 9/22/14 )

9/15/14- Biometrics completed

9/16/14- Submitted EAD Expedite through congressman

9/24/14- Case moved to " Testing and interview "

9/26/14- EAD and AP Approved

10/2/14- EAD Mailed

10/3/14- EAD 'Delivered'.. but never recieved :ranting:

10/16/14- Interview date received for 11/19 - My birthday! :D

11/19/14- Interview day- Approved- PR status registered & Welcome letter mailed
