Our notice of action on our EAD/AOS is dated September 24th, we had a request for evidence in October requiring a co-sponsor but we mailed them a response long ago. We are still waiting to hear from them :/ I'm guessing the late September filers are coming soon?

My case still in ready for interview scheduling since 10/22. Does anyone on a same stage with me?

Or someone in Houston? Should I do the erequest?

We have the same timeline. I called USCIS and they told me my local office is back logged. He said I might be getting interview date for March. I'm not too worried though because I can work with my EAD.

Did the website says that they recieved your RFE? Because when I sent my RFE back to them in 3 days it says that they got it and after a week my AED got approved.

OMG..just called USCIS today regarding my I485...I recieved a letter of potential waiver and was surprised today when I learned that USCIS office is currently processing June 2014 filers. So this means that my greencard will have to wait somewhere in June or July of next year.

Although i have my EAD and AP its really upsetting that the process has not been friendly at all. I am not sure if the FBI check is the reason of the delay since I already have my EAD and AP. I havent received any RFE regarding income related documents since my husband is earning more than enough within the poverty guideline.

I am very cautious about my greencard so I can apply for a another greencard after before the next president of US will be elected. As I am worried that Same Sex Marriage might be challenge again with the new congress and administration. At least when I have my GC I would be able to sleep comfortably at night.

I just really hope it will be more faster.

I'm sorry to hear that and your concerns. It makes more sense to approve those adjusting from K1 visas quickly since they have been interviewed by an immigration officer regarding their intentions/ relationship. But with the government they take their time with most things. The good thing is it takes years to change immigration laws and implement them so hopefully, there will be no adverse changes anytime soon.

I have checked the new updated processing times of USCIS for the field office where I have had my biometrics and where I assume they are processing my application, and it now says it takes 4 months for AOS processing. That is the Chula Vista CA office. The other office in San Diego CA is only processing cases as of May 29.

I assume that they sent me to the Chula Vista office even though is farther than where I live because they have less cases to process there. So hopefully in February I will hear about my AOS interview. That just made my day!!!

Still waiting for my EAD that was ordered on Friday! Hopefully it will be here by the end of this week!

Yes you should get yours tomorrow because it usually takes 2 days after being mailed. Mine took 3 days because the day after it was mailed was Thanksgiving.
