How Many Days after Interview (On Average) will Visa be issued

My girl lives in Bicol Region, not remote area.

If her Interview is on 10/22 how long do you think before she gets Visa Delivered?

I want to go ahead and book her a trip back with me

Don't book anything before she has the visa in hand. The advice from uscis explicitly states that you should not book anything until you have the visa in the passport and the passport returned. There are many things that can delay or prevent the visa being issued.

Have seen people caught out by this and having to rearrange flights or wedding plans.

So be prepared & bring everything that the interviewer could possibly ask for to avoid delays.

Also from what I have seen from the other K1 fillers from the same time as me the medical can really delay things for those from the Philippines.

You are at pre-interview stage. A staggering number of things can go wrong that will increase the time. Even if nothing goes wrong, visa issuance can take 3 days, 3 months, or anything in between. Most of them are much faster than 3 months (more like 2 to 3 weeks), but are you willing to bet the airplane ticket and your wedding plans on yours not being the unlucky 3 month one? And this is assuming nothing goes wrong. If something goes wrong, it can delay things by several months or even a year or more.

Don't buy the plane ticket until visa is in hand.

has she finished her medical exams and CFO seminar yet? seems you are already assuming things will go perfect when she still has several hoops to jump in the process. oh well, its your money. i hope your plan works

The only issue that throws a monkey wrench into people's plans is the TB testing. TB is pretty common in the PI so naturally it's going to have a large effect on those from the PI who are doing their medical. If you are physically healthy and no issues then you will pass without a problem. The majority of the individuals will pass their SLEC medical you included possibly.

She will Do her Medical and Part one of CFO couple weeks before I arrive.

Hiedy Lives in Mindanao and got the visa 8 days later.

We didn't book the flight until yesterday, Aug. 4th.
