Yesterday my fiancee received this email from the senator's office:

"According to The National Visa Center (NVC), they:

received this visa petition and assigned case number NPL....... on July 31, 2014. This petition was forwarded to the U.S. Consulate General in Naples, Italy on August 5, 2014. According to Department of State records, the U.S. Consulate General sent out processing instructions on August 12, 2014. Any further inquiries should be directed to the U.S. Embassy.

in order to avoid further delays, please have your fiance respond ASAP to the Department of State."

2 days ago I submit the applicant readiness to the embassy in Naples(around 20 days after I received packet3).

Should I do something else? What do they want me to responding to the Department of State?

Thank you for your help
