Concerning Sealed Envelope after Ciudad Juarez Interview

I assume that the sealed envelope will come inside a DHL package. Is the DHL packing to be opened to find the not-to-be opened, sealed envelope inside? I am somewhat paranoid about opening something that is not to be opened.

On another note: We received a NVC notice today, 2 September 2014, that our IV documents were received on this date and that at least 60 days will pass before they complete the review of the documents.

Thanks.
