Are you saying that they told you it is not being send to the US consulate abroad? If so, did you ask them why? What I would've expected is for them to have told you it hasn't been sent yet, in other words, they will do it but just haven't yet. Can you please clarify exactly what they told you?

Good day Sr.he told me we get your packet but is not being send to the US Consulate abroad>i did ask why and he said you need to wait at least 10 days i ask why one more time and then he is like i don't know what else to tell you!!!!!so i am thinking to call again

OK. He's basically saying they just haven't done it yet. Give it another week before calling again.
