Have a good day all, I hope I can get an answer here coming from you who have idea and who has experienced already. This is regarding about getting AKA in NBI and Certificate of No Marriage. I read a post that one of the K1 applicant she was been under of 221(g) because her middle name was in Birth Certificate was De La Cruz but she used to have Dela Cruz only two words.

Since me and fiance still waiting for NOA2 and have got my NBI already and cenomar, I don't think so they will ask me for an AKA also,,because my last name is Dela Peña ( that is what I used ) but in my birth certificate was Peña De la, but in my passport is De la Peña

please share who have idea

Since you are still waiting for a NOA2, why not take time to get another NBI clearance with the AKA so you don't have to risk a possible 221(g) because of your last name.

You will for sure need an NBI with the AKA for other names used.

Is your birth certificate incorrect for your last name? I have read that it is fairly easy to get that corrected. Being you have time it may be a thought it might head off other issues down the road. (still would need the AKA for the NBI)

Another question by the way, my CENOMAR the name of my father written was Abelardo, but in my birth certificate was written Billy ( his nickname ), does it has problem in EMbassy?

Doubt it. Others have had name differences regarding the parents name spelling and to date never heard of an issue.
