Did you submit the police certificate with the fingerprints long form? Because the fingerprint form has almost all the details they listed above. {E.g date of birth and address of the applicant}. But the other requirement that NVC listed above is already on the police certificate. This process is so stressful, you should call NVC and request to speak with a supervisor. I wish and pray you get it sorted out as soon as possible.

I thought your husband is in Nigeria, I guess that's why they requested for the 3 items above. All Nigeria police certificate are to be obtained at Alagbon in Lagos.

*where did you get the police certificate you submitted to NVC?*

When an applicant goes to Alagbon to get a police certificate, there's a long form given to fill out and there's also a section where all complete set of fingerprints are been taken on the form, the long form with complete set of fingerprints needs to be submitted with the police certificate to NVC.

This was what I did to obtain the Police certificate of South Africa, I went to Alagbon police station and filled the long form with a complete set of my fingerprints and then I sent it off to South Africa with my data page passport.

This is my advise, though I don't know which country your husband resides now, he can go the police station in the country and tell them he wants to take his fingerprints and send to Nigeria to obtain police certificate, you can send the fingerprints to someone you know in Nigeria and the person can help you process it at Alagbon. Then you can submit the police certitifcate and fingerprints form to NVC.
