Hi all :

My husband just received an email from NVC stating that: unfortunately visa numbers are not presently available for your use. I understand my pd is july 1 2014 and is not current yet. Which this means i wont be able to access the ds261 form and pay the fees? Until now i dont have access. Is anyone else facing this? Do not hesitate to share your experience.

I think you will be able to acccess it when your priority date becomes closer. As today they are working until jan 1 2013 so you have to wait a couple of months I guess. If they have your email on file you are supposed to get an email when you can pay the fees.

05/21/13: Priority Day

09/09/13: VSC to NSC

09/17/13: Processing at NSC

10/31/13: RFE

11/07/13: RFE Sent

11/13/13: RFE Received

11/20/13: NOA2

11/26/13: Case sent to NVC

NVC

12/18/13: Case Received

01/10/14: Case# and IIN

01/17/14: Completed DS-261

01/21/14: Paid AOS fee

01/25/14: Paid IV Fee

02/17/14: Completed DS-260

04/07/14: Sent IV and AOS

04/25/14: Case Complete

CONSULATE

03/25/15: Interview

03/27/15: Visa Issued

04/01/15: Visa Available to pick up
04/02/15: Picked up visa

04/02/15: Paid fee on ELIS

You just have to be patient I am in the same situation since Nov 2013 and my PD is 30th September 2013

My wife & My 2 daughters Visa Journey

09/21/1999 - Met
02/18/2012 - Johnny left for the US
07/26/2013 - Johnny went visiting
07/29/2013 - Got married in P-au-P
09/23/2013 - I-130 sent
09/30/2013 - PD
09/30/2013 - NOA-1 received in email

10/03/2013 - NOA 1 received in the mail
11/13/2013 - NOA-2 approved (in email)
11/18/2013 - NOA-2 received in snail mail

11/25/2013 - NVC received the case

12/05/2013 - NVC assigned case number

05/22/2015- NVC case completed over the phone

06/01/2015- cc email confirmation

Interview 08-05-2015 7AM Port-au-Prince

06/06/15 Ceac in AP status :cry: (they ask me for joint sponsor)

10/02/15 Ceac changed from AP to Issued (after almost 2 month)

10/07/15 Passport with Visa oh hand :dancing:

10/18/15 Ready to enter in US JFK airport
