I am confused. Is it really needed to have I 693 filled out even if my and my son's medical abroad (phils) are just 5 months ago? Results of our vaccinations :Vaccine History Incomplete. Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) because vaccination(s) not medically appropriate (as indicated above)

Also, in line with aos, my husband and I are trying to finish all required documents so that we can send it this week but what has kept us holding is that we will be moving in the middle of this month, hence, change of address.Please let me know your opinion if it is better to send the papers before or after moving? We are currently in oceanside, ca but will be moving in vista,ca. Just actually 10 minute drive distance.
