I am a Canadian citizen married to an American citizen currently in the United Stated.

I already had my i-130 approved.
I am currently putting together my i-485 and need some help with it

I understand that I need to include prove of entry in my i-485 however when I crossed the boarder I did not receive an i-94 or a stamp in my passport. I am sure of this since I have already checked online and also spoke to the boarder protection people.

I came in to the US as a visitor on the treaty program that US and Canada have.

I cannot get another i-94 because i have actually overstayed my visitors visa now.

Basically now I am trying to compose a letter to attach with my i-485 that explains when I entered the united stated and how. Should I also include the reason why i have overstayed?
Can someone please help me write this letter, maybe show me a sample, I really have no idea what to say on it and how.

Thank you so much in advance!!!
