Hello All,

I have file 1-485, I-765, I-130 and I-131 for adjustment of status through my fiance. The application was received on May 28th, 2014. On August 8th, 2014 USCIS mailed EAD notice of approval. Its already a month now. However, I haven't received this notice as of yet. Has anyone experienced this much delay in receiving EAD approval notice?

How long does it takes normally to receive EAD approval notice? Usually, whenever USCIS has sent me any documents, I had it in my mail box in about 3 business days. This is the first time it has delayed for so long. Any suggestions, what I should do now? I have already filled an e-request to resend this document.

Thanks!
