Expected waiting time for an interview schedule

Hi all

I'm a wife of a dv 2015 selectee AF 55** .. we submitted the application by the middle of July. When should we expect to be interviewd?

I'm little concerned about not getting the confirmation letter till now !!! As in our initial application my name was containing only three names but I adjusted it in DS-260 to add my forth (last name)to be exactly like passport.

When should I feel it's a problem and that we won't get the confirmation letter?

NB: we are from Egypt - I'm not the main applicant

Your not alone in this. Most likely you submitted your DS-260 form too late for KCC to be able to process them on time for an October interview. And since KCC schedules interviews only once a month, you missed the October interview round. But not to worry. Most likely you will get your second notification letter (appointment confirmation) this month for a November interview. KCC will start sending second notification letters a few days after the October visa bulletin is out which will be next week.

Just out of curiosity, have you checked your entrant status (where you got your first winning notification) to see whether a second notification letter was uploaded?

My CN is AF0009*** and today the Visa Bulletin For October 2014 has been released and and my number is current in it, i guess i should expect the interview sometime is November, but still waiting for the confirmation email to get the exact day for the interview.

I just came to know the case number cut offs which would apply for november for Asia is 2950, so when can i expect my interview with case number of 48## from asia???
