poe and iv fee

Approval paper says a 230$ fee for IV. Is this fee during the POE? Is there a fee during my wife's POE? Is this 230$ IV fee during the NVC process and this paper isn't updated?

Note the section where it says USCIS Immigrant Fee. You pay online, and only the immigrant whose fee is to be paid can open the account. The USC doesn't pay any fee as they aren't immigrating...only their immigrant spouse pays.

You paid the IV fee remember at NVC that was the $230. It's probably just an old template your embassy uses. If you notice most of the embassies are lazy and have old old data.

All you have left to pay is the Visa fee or what should really be called the "Green Card production " fee of $165 you pay on the Elis system.
