See, I don't believe that for a second - there must be tons of Sians in the US, surely!! I mean, I know it's not a common name, but... none at all? (Other than you, Mags, obviously).... nah.

There are apparently 778,419 people with my first name, and none at all with my last name, meaning that there are currently none of me in the US! Although some academic/scientist woman in the US used to come up on Google with the same name (first and second, I mean) as me a couple of years ago... she seems to have disappeared from all search engine results now, though. Hmm.

Once I've got married and changed my name, I will apparently be sharing it (first + second) with 78 other people - bah!

Considering the average American can't actually pronounce my name properly, I'm not THAT surprised. When I got married the clerk had to come out and ask how to pronounce it. I told them it rhymes with "darn"!!
