I-130 September 2014 filers

In my.case Im outside the US waiting for my approval I dont know what else to do!!! So stressfull

My wife filed i130 for me sep 29, my case transfered from texas to another office on 10 april and back to texas again on 13 september

Iput e service request on 17th and got an email asking to wait till 9may to expect a reply

1.I864 for spouse

2.I864 for uncle??? or any other forms (I864A? or any others?).

One more information to all

As per the below link from uscis we need to submit 3 years tax return, not the last tax year. Last year tax return is applicable on adjustment of status.

Please correct me if i'm wrong.

You are correct I-864 for both the sponsor and uncle. You need to at least submit the most recent one which is now 2014, the other years as optional but most people send them to avoid checklists or any issues of if the person sponsoring can meet the minimum, so it is your choice to send more then the recent tax year. The years would be 2014,2013,2012.

I hope you know that link is dated 2005 lol google the national visa center for clarification on everything you need .

its going to be 2 weeks since we completed DS261 and paid the AOS fee, my IV invoice is not yet generated, Usually how long it will take for it.

Is it ok to send the IV package before the IV fee is paid.??? Is there any covering letter will be generated once we paid the IV fees.

Has your DS261 been reviewed yet? If not, call and ask them to review it over the phone. It shouldn't take that long.

It is OK to send the IV package before the IV fee is paid. Send it with the AOS cover sheet. And send them (AOS and IV documents) together for a faster review---it's taking less than 30 days now!!!

Congrats to you , iam sept 30 filer , was a conditional green card holder earlier , had to leave US because of some issues and could not get my card renewed.

That is why my spouse had to again file i130 for me.

Hope my approval is coming soon and refiling doesnt cause any further delays and issues

My PD was 9/11/14, had RFE, just sent the documents back and they have received the response and now waiting for NOA2 again... hopefully it wont be long going on 7 long months and half.
