hello people please help,my whife is us citizen we need to send i130 we want to be sure befire we send,we dont want risk,she need to send birth certificat ,dose she can make simply photocopy and send,is it ok no risk for rfe??? i need help ,your experiences??

Only send photocopies, that's what they need. Originals will be only required during the visa interview at your consulate. Good luck.

I got my NVC no. and invoice no. but missed to ask Beneficiary ID, to proceed with ds 261 Can i get this from anywhere else?. i got uscis approval notice in hand.

Do they require an ID from the beneficiary? If so, for what kind of form, and what form of ID could be submitted to meet this requirement?

Beneficiary ID is something a number they assign, we dont have to do anything, they will generate that number and will inform us.

Unless the instructions specifically ask for originals, I would send clear legible copies (photocopies)!

Your spouse doesn't have an A-Number unless he/she has been a US reident, so I would put N/A. Just don't leave it blank!

she can send a photocopy of her passport. She doesn't need to send your birth certificate.

your spouse does not have an A-number, therefore write: N/A.

You can do it on the computer and sign with black pen after.

As far as I know, you only need the invoice and case numbers to complete DS-261. Once you pay the AOS, the NVC will send you a cover sheet and a letter and that will have the beneficiary ID.

Hey guys iam a bit confused.

I got an email from uscis on 10 th april that my i130 has been transfered to another uscis office from TSC And again got same email on april 13.

I just checked that my case was again routed back to TSC ( april 13 email )

What is uscis doing by transfering the case from tsc to another office and then again transfering it back to tsc.

Did it happen to anyone else ?

you only need the case number and invoice number they will give you these .

NVC does not give to the beneficiary any ID. Only case and IIN no.

Until the beneficiary is not in the united states USCIS does not assign you A#. It is aasign by USCIS no NVC.

Don't stress yourself. You only need case and invoice number.

Some people noted here that , NVC got their file few days after it was sent by USCIS. Just trying to figure it out when I can start to make my daily calls to NVC

Your case will reach NVC by mid next week, I would start by end of next week.
