Thanks you.. Best wishes to all of yoy.

Hoping to have my interview in July or August.NVC in getting case complete 30 days after affidavit of support. Sending my AOS and IV package on Thursday. So happyyyy

Yeah hope you have your interview by july but doesnt seems the same for me. I got 3 status updates stating my case has been transfered to another office.

I hope 1st one is when they actually make a decision to transfer

2nd update when they actually mail the documents and 3rd when the other offce recieves it.

Do u have any idea about it ?

If the current office received thats a good new cuz they review transfer cases as soon as they arrive. Transfer cases have priority, you might have ur case approved this week. I belong to a Dominican forum in Univisión where lot of partners have been transfer and they got their approval 1-2 weeks after the office received it. Good Luck

The 3rd one says the office recieved it and thats a good sign. You should call USCIS ask to talk to a Tier2, my husband did it like 4 times we couldnt ever see our case online until it got approved. And it tooks 5 months and 21 days. 172 days I was in Nebraska.

No here is the problem, none of them say recieved at current office

All 3 updates say ' the. Case has been transfered to another office '

I just got off the phone with the NVC after a 51 minute wait, but it was worth it! Case number and IIN had been assigned. The case was sent to the NVC from USCIS on April 2nd and received on the 7th. 6 day wait between case being received and a case number assigned! Thank you for the heads up, Rachel23. You've made my night :)

June 27, 2014 - Married!

September 23, 2014 - Sent off I-130 package
September 29, 2014 - Priority Date
September 30, 2014 - NOA1
March 26, 2015 - NOA2
April 2, 2015 - Case shipped to NVC

NVC:
April 13, 2015 - Case Number/IIN received
April 15, 2015 - DS-261 submitted
April 15, 2015 - AOS fee paid
April 21, 2015 - AOS package submitted
April 21, 2015 - IV package submitted
April 21, 2015 - Scan date

April 30, 2015 - DS-261 reviewed over the phone

May 12, 2015 - IV fee paid (late due to "EP lock")
May 13, 2015 - DS-260 submitted

May 27, 2015 - AOS/IV packages still not reviewed, flagged for supervisor review

July 10, 2015 - Supervisor review does nothing, flagged for unit manager review
August 11, 2015 - Case Complete!

Interview:

October 6, 2015 - Medical

October 13, 2015 - Interview date (AP - need to submit copy of 2014 W2)
October 21, 2015 - Visa status changed to "READY" and then a few hours later "ISSUED"

October 28, 2015 - Passport received (was available for pickup Oct. 27)
October 28, 2015 - POE fee paid
October 30, 2015 - POE!

After POE:
November 9, 2015 - Received SSN (checked off option to apply on forms)
December 1, 2015 - Received Green Card

what number are you calling for NVC? I've just got approval (NOA2) via text yesterday. Should I call uscis to make sure they send my file to NVC on a timely fashion?

Don't know what are the next steps for me, need help please.....

04/Mat/2015 - DS-261 reviewed over phone

04/May/2015 - AOS & IV package sent

06/May/2015 - NVC received package

08/May/2015 - NVC invoiced our IV fee

09/May/2015- Payment website encountered error, unable to make payment.

19/May/2015 - Sent IV fee via check to NVC

29/May/2015 - NVC acknowledge IV fees payment via check.

03/June/2015 - NVC website still not showing payment information.

03/June/2015 - Waiting for DS-260 to be enabled.

19/June/2015 - Check list documents scan date.

06/July/2015 - Filled DS-260.

15/July/2015 - Case Complete

Call tomorrow and you will see ur case will be assigned I just filled ds-261 it was not able yesterday. My friend amd i were transfer fron uscis to NVC ON APRIL 2nd and NVC received it April 7 , I got my case number yesterday and she gt hers today,. So you are getting urs today late or tomorrow early..

Good luck people my PD is Octuber 3rd.

Got case # and invoice number in just 6 days. Gonna fill the ds-261 today too.... So happy

Congrats!...You guys are very lucky, everything seems to move so quickly for you. Can you rub off some of that luck to rest of us here :)))
