Yes my husband was able to make a service request by a Tier2 When we had 4 months and 15 days and from that it took month for our approval.

I've just got off the phone with a Tier2 agent and was told that an agent was assigned to my case yesterday. That means I have to wait one more month for any news? That will put me into almost 7 1/2 months mark considering my PD is September 23rd. I guess a little progress is better than none.

Hey, nope haven't gotten it yet. Not sure what the hold up is praying that they don't keep us waiting this long only to request additional info.

When we called USCIS they also said a month or so to wait.. But then in 3 days post that we got our NOA 2 ... Guys hang in there .. Good luck

I received my NVC Case Number today in the mail. The letter is dated March 30. NVC received my case on March 20.

Good progress Rachel. it will probably take a few days to get to NVC but keep calling everyday until you get it. Mine was sent on a Monday and they received it on a Thursday so Monday is appropriate to start calling them. Good luck.

Got approved after 6 months and 9 days. PD september 26. Placed a service request through a tier 2 officer on monday and got my approval on friday. Those who have not been approved yet,hang in guys, your approval is coming soon!!!!!

Give them no more than three business days... you should get your case and invoice numbers this week

Hey guys, just called NVC, they said that yesterday they registered my case. ? and that before 30 days they will have my case number. To call before 30 days lol. Gonna call every tuesday and thursday
