Thank you. I suggest tothe ones that have not been approved to call weekly to uscis ask to talk two a tier2 and make a service request by phone. Choose the option to receive a call back. Keep on calling if u don't get news.

I have a Sept 23rd PD, everytime I called and ask to submit a service request I have been told the same thing 'you are within normal processing timelines'. I've talked to a tier 2 agent in two different occasions and they said the same thing and didn't process a service request for me.

Were you able to submit a service request by tier2 agent? And if you did, when did they enter your service request?

A week.

I've just got off the phone with USCIS, at last I was able to submit a service request after trying for 10+ times . A small victory but it's something )

Check my timeline...one thing I want to say is when you confirm NVC has received your package, call often. Mine took a record of three days to have the case assigned a number!

Hi my husband made aservice request on february 20th, i think not being able to see our case online ever was a good thing at the end cuz of that they made our service request. On february 23 or 25 they called us back and said we had to have news by March 20th, and I got approved yesterday. last week my husband called and they said same thing that was told to u but the guy said he was going to write a note in our case. And they know how many times u have call to they said to my husband we know you have called 5 times. Well dont give up. And best of luck for you ?

Wow that's great my case status online just said it was approved it doesn't say it was sent to NVC so on April 7 I gonna call to ask if they received my case when if I have case number assigned if they say no then I gonna call everyday. I want to have my interview by August or early September nno more. Good lick to you.

Congrats, When was your NOA2?, We are still waiting for hard copy, our case was approved 8 days back.

Wife called 12 times and was on hold for 30 min to speak to an agent for 2 min who told her they still doesn't have received our case. Well well nvc journey and pain.. Tomorrow once again same routine hahahah

I got sent to the nvc two weeks after approval and it took a week to get to the nvc your status will change to sent to the department of state on blah blah .

Yeah, that was nice that your case was not visible online. I was able to have them make that service request finally yesterday which was exactly 6 months,2 days after my application. I guess luck plays a great role more than we know it. I can only hope that we can all get a speedy closure to this ordeal that we have to go through to have our loved ones join us...
