Call them.. Same thing happened to ours ... Call them and ask to speak to tier 2

I've talked to tier 2 agent in two different occasions. Last time was just this past Friday, both times when I asked the tier 2 agents to open a service requests they said that it was within normal processing timelines. When you talked to tier 2 agent did he/she opened a service request for you?

Thanks,

Good Morning,

Has anyone with September 23rd PD tried to submit a e-request on uscis web site? I've just tried and got a message stating that I was within the normal processing timelines therefore the system wouldn't allow me to file the e-request. Today is March 16th, how is it that we are still within normal processing timelines? Nebraska Serv Center states 5 months for processing, well I am well over my 5 months. Please let me know if any of you got lucky with this e-request filing?

Thank you,

Our PD is Sep 23, we called them a couple of times, last call was yesterday, every-time when we are calling they are saying our case is late by only one week. Also they were unable to raise a service request, saying they were getting a popup saying the case is within timelines. They said they are currently processing Sep 16 cases and we may have to wait one more week.

I still don't understand how they are calculating 5 months in their calender.

Cover letter is only way to explain them what all u sent . Good to be systematic

u need not to send originals. Originals are only needed at consulate during interview. Make color copies of all those docx and send them copies

yes u need translation if u don't have ... Translation and certified ... U need to send copies for certified translated copies

I've got the exact 'script' from them on numerous occasions. BTW, they have been telling me the 'Sept 16' story these past few weeks. They must have just got hang up on Sept 16 :))

Here is a good example it will go on the top of your packet like they said so the person looking at your file knows what they are looking at exactly and don't send u a rfe for some some reason

https://immimom.wordpress.com/2014/03/02/i-130-cover-letter-sample/

You don't need to send everything I listed as proof of the relationship those are just examples you can send just a bunch of pictures some people do but it you want to be safe so they don't question your relationship and ask for more evidence you can send anything I listed and it will be proof of a real relationship .

As well all of her passport and then if you have passport stamps that show you visited her on various occasions and you want to use this as evidence of your relationship you should copy all of yours as well .

Anyone got NVC no.?

I have few doubts, anyone please help

1. How much time (approx) it will take nvc to allot a case no. once NOA2 is approved.

2. How we will know that nvc has received our case, (shall we call nvc and provide our USCIS case no,) and ask.? / or shall we call USCIS ?

3. If NVC has received our case and alloted a case no., will they notify us, without contacting them and giving our email address? (will they get our contact details such as email address via uscis from the G-1145 form for E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance, that we submitted along with i130 ?)

Thank you in advance.

Our's not yet at NVC .. But USCIS website says it was shipped out on 18th March

from USCIS case approval to case no at NVC approx 45 days

you need to call NVC for NVC Case received and post that call them for NVC Case no and IIN (when they give you NVC Case no and IIN, give them your and your spouse email address for communication.)
