We received an RFE on feb 9 2015. Our NOA1 was sept 8 2014, so took around d 5 months to get RFE :( At least it seems as though TSC is looking at September i-130s. Any one else from TSC get an RFE?? Ours was a request for proof of bona fide marriage.

Congrats to all who received NOA2 recently. My PD is September 23rd 2014. I've called USCIS last week on Feb 25th and was told that I was within the 5 months processing times and therefore won't be able to do an e-request. I see that a lot of applicants were told the same thing. I was planning on making calls to USCIS once per week but might need to increase that to twice per week based on what everyone else is saying here :)

Hope that rest of us will get the NOA2 soon!

novemberincali,

I think it's going to be just a matter of a few days. Last week we've been calling every day more than once, I could tell that depending on the time of the day we call different people were on the line and had different dispositions about our requests. I would try calling even more often, but people here were right, I think this is going to be the week for us hopefully. Wish you the best!

I've just got off the phone with USCIS, I was told the same thing I've got last week. They are processing applications dated on or before August 16th. I wanted to make a service request but the agent said she couldn't because I am still within normal processing times. I asked to speak to a tier 2 agent and she said they couldn't do anything either but I insisted on being transferred. She did transfer me, I've got a recording stating that the wait times to speak to a tier 2 agent is 90 min. I couldn't wait that long so I've opted to receive a call back from a tier 2 agent when one becomes available. Not too confident that I will get a call back :(

At last, the waiting continues....

I filled 2 petitions for my stepsons on September 11 with a priority date of September 11 2014... so far we just have the NOA1 as of 9/11/14 but nothing since

I've got the call back from an officer on March 2nd, well that's what he said he was. However, got the same run around. He couldn't submit a service request because the system won't allow him to do so, apparently I am still within 5 month processing timeliness although my PD is September 23rd. Not getting this 5 month processing calculation they do. I guess they are not counting from the PD date like we are. Anybody else got an approval recently?

Thanks,
