Congratulations. I got really happy when saw u got approved :). Get ready to start NVC process wish it doesnt take long.

Hi everyone, our NOA1 was on the 23rd of September at Nebraska. Since it's been over 5 months, we called for an E-request and a lady told us not only she wasn't able to submit our request, but that before we actually can it's going to be another 45 days! She said they were stuck at August the 16th (updated feb 11th) in Nebraska, but I understand that is not true from what you guys say here! Do you think we should call back? We're getting a little antsy because a couple of months ago they were actually keeping up with their 5 months target.. what happened now? :clock:

that is awesome, I'm happy for you guys and it makes me hope we're not that far either. I've been calling again but no they cannot enter an e-request... we will try again monday. thanks for replying :)

Keep calling but I think you should get an approval next week anyways. Looks like this week is when they did most of Sep 10 onwards and hoping next week is for you guys of Sep 20th. Wish you all the best.

I tell you this process tests the untested nerves of perseverance, now they are taking about two months to assign for a case number at NVC which according to what I have seen used to be only a two week process until the snow came. But a day passed makes it closer.
