same is here too we are waiting for noa2 too at Nebraska Service Center

but we called our lawyer he said it will be this week

The wait is killing. Somedays its emotionally hard and those are the days it kills me

can't wait to get this over and be home with my wife

Well, having a priority date of Sep 10th it makes Feb 10 the end of five months. I have tried to do an online enquiry every day just to see what happens but I am getting a response that I am still within the posted processing time and hence not able to make the enquiry. How does five months and ten days become "within" five months processing time?

Also there has been no change on my online status besides "case received". Anyone with a different message online? I am really looking forward for the coming week or so and really hoping for something to happen.

I think my approval is gonna take time , i was on conditional green card ( issued jan 2011) but before its expiry i had issues with my wife and i came back to india ( 6 months before expiry) , and now after a lot of time we resolved the issues and she again filed i130 for

Me.

Although i have never stayed in US illegally but i have read that having prior history with uscis delays your applcation due to additional security checks.

Where did you read this? On the contrary, It should actually be quicker and easier for USCIS to run any security checks on your file since you are already in the system as a previous GC resident! Good luck to you.

I readit in some timeline , i think december2013 timeline today itslef. I hope it is quicker.

Hi Folks ? I saw two september filers with PD 10th and 11th that were approved on February 20th and 22nd.

My husband sent our I-130 on sept 30th PD oct 3rd it means we are close to get our NOA2 ?

Hope Nebraska works quicker?

I am actually hoping earlier...it has been longer than necessary but we have no choice but to wait.
