I called one week after our CC and they had an interview date for us. But I know others have waited much longer. Hopefully yours comes soon. :)

You will get the interview email one business day later. However, I seriously doubt you lot will sit on your hands and wait for it once the first report is in. Who could when assistance is just a moment away?

Also, even though I got the interview date over the phone, -- it took them 2 weeks to send our actual interview email. Fortunately, we had a little extra time, but it was close.

Our interview was easy but we could hear the guy on the other side of the partition being grilled. I gather he'd previously had a green card, overstayed the expiry without renewing, and was applying again. By the sounds of it he also had a criminal record, was unemployed, and couldn't provide any evidence for the assets he'd listed.

I think if you've followed the instructions on VJ each step of the process then you should be fine. That being said, some cases will always be more straight forward than others so can't hurt to prepare for the worst.

We are in the sunshine state too.

Our POE was Honolulu... The immigration officers were amazing and made up for all the bs of NVC/USCIS.

You will get the interview email one business day later. However, I seriously doubt you lot will sit on your hands and wait for it once the first report is in. Who could when assistance is just a moment away?

and finally after 170 days from NOA2 we got the case complete update from the nvc ( i called the nvc and a rep told me it was complete yesterday!! )



the rep told me it depends on how busy the embassy is in in Ankara, so i didnt get an answer about how long it takes the nvc to schedule appointment..



Does anybody know how long does it take the NVC to schedule appointment in US embassy Ankara??


or is there a THREAD for applicants from TURKEY??

If you look for Turkey, it looks like Ankara isn't backlogged for interviews. You should get a November interview as soon as NVC starts up November scheduling...

If you look for Turkey, it looks like Ankara isn't backlogged for interviews. You should get a November interview as soon as NVC starts up November scheduling...

ohh yea i just checked it there is someone who got interveiw 53 days from case complete!!

but i checked the us embassy in ankara webpage (the interveiw schedule link) it shows appointments till NOV 25th already!

the page was updated 2 days ago!

ah i hope the next update on the webpage i see my case number in there!!! :)
