Hello Dwheels76 and everyone, I was told when I called NVC CASE COMPLETE : 09-17-2014 everyone was zipping by me so I decided to call and ask why. Amanda spoke to a Supervisor then told me that my case should have been complete a few days ago. She also stated that my husband has to take something apparently I didn't do correctly on our AOS (I know the AOS was perfect friend on VJ who is a genius did it for me hahahaa ) to the Embassy and to wait for the CC e-mail but haven't received it yet. MoBar said that takes about a week. So I was hesitant to say I have CC until now, your Majesty Dwheels I leave it up to you to add me or not . Thank you.

And may the Embassy keep it up in Egypt with no long waits for my peeps in Egypt. Oh wednesday and thursday hurry and come on.

Thanks for the alert. Here is how to get it. From the page http://www.allied.com/international-moving-company/clearing-customs click on Customs Information By Country then choose USA from the drop down menu. I had to open the allied page with Chrome to activate the eventual drop down menu.

I haven't seen this question really addressed before so I am sorry in advance if it has recently. Basically I was looking at flights to the States from Europe at the end of October and November and for a one way they are high $1700-$2500 which is insane!!!! I looked at round trips and they are considerably less at $400-700. If we were to book a round trip instead of a one way is that fine for POE? Or are they going to give a hard time about it?

MoBar is on a different type of visa and was probably subject to a slightly different process. I think it's smart to keep calling NVC and make sure they actually mark your case complete. I think it was Amanda's case that sat around for a while after she was supposed to have received CC. We don't need more of that! Keep bugging them until your AOS fee goes N/A!

The CC email goes out exactly one week after CC.

Hopefully we all get November interviews assigned by Friday!

OH yes I remember MoBar has another kind of Visa and I'm staying up tonight no matter what so I can call really early. Ty doll.

Dont worry. you really dont need to track and check if it reached the embassy. As long as you have ur interview date. the rest is their head ache! haha (or it will be ours till its over ) I just called to check why i dont have an interview letter, thats when the rep told me, your papers have been sent to embassy today at 4pm, so you can expect the email in a day or two, and I got it next morning

Dont worry, you really need to track the packet reaching the embassy

Awww thank you so much, well, aren't you a blessing, cute some think I'm obnoxious but see I do it so they are forced to wish me well and that everything goes smoothly to get me out of here hahaha !!

Someone will be by to answer you but I don't think it matters they know well I think most will have round trip due to the price. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I have finished reading every single posting on the Sept and Oct Interview threads! Lots of postings congratulating for getting interview dates, passing the interviews, and getting the visas!

It looks like nobody has been denied at the interview except for one person who needs to find another joint sponsor because their joint sponsor is a friend, not a family member. There was another person from one of the Facebook groups who had to get another joint sponsor.

I'll let you know once I receive my CC letter.

Since I got a CC on Sept 16th, you should receive your CC letter the following day.

Our NVC processing timelines ended up being near identical!

Does anybody know if we can schedule the medical before we have an interview date? We have to fly for both the medical and for the interview, at first I was thinking we would do both on one trip but now I'm thinking I'd like to get his medical done as soon as possible just to take the pressure off and do it on 2 separate trips. Worrying about the results not coming in time would kill both of us. We are going to be interviewing at Montreal.

You are immgrating a round trip ticket is only required for visitors. Get a one way no one is checking your ticket.
