Dear dwheels76! I don't know what happened! When I had called the embassy and NVC, they simply said the embassy is flooded with cases. So I guess they were overwhelmed. I'm happy we finally got our interview date

Hi everyone. Got CC on 9/10, and just wanna ask if someone on the same date as mine already got a schedule for interview from US Embassy Manila Philippines?

Hello Dwheels76 and everyone, I was told when I called NVC CASE COMPLETE : 09-17-2014 everyone was zipping by me so I decided to call and ask why. Amanda spoke to a Supervisor then told me that my case should have been complete a few days ago. She also stated that my husband has to take something apparently I didn't do correctly on our AOS (I know the AOS was perfect friend on VJ who is a genius did it for me hahahaa ) to the Embassy and to wait for the CC e-mail but haven't received it yet. MoBar said that takes about a week. So I was hesitant to say I have CC until now, your Majesty Dwheels I leave it up to you to add me or not . Thank you.

hey guys! got my interview scheduled for 1st Oct. I checked status on the CEAC page and it shows 'Ready'. Does that mean it has already been shipped to New Delhi? or is it ready to be shipped?

Hi all, well the Malaysia Embassy actually was considerate enough to listen to our request, and they moved the interview date up, now my wife's interview is on October 9th, from the 21st...I think they are less busy then some of the other embassies, but with the way things have gone so far with this process, we were still surprised that something would actually get expedited for us.

MoBar is on a different type of visa and was probably subject to a slightly different process. I think it's smart to keep calling NVC and make sure they actually mark your case complete. I think it was Amanda's case that sat around for a while after she was supposed to have received CC. We don't need more of that! Keep bugging them until your AOS fee goes N/A!

The CC email goes out exactly one week after CC.

Hopefully we all get November interviews assigned by Friday!

As long as you have ur interview date. the rest is their head ache! haha (or it will be ours till its over ) I just called to check why i dont have an interview letter, thats when the rep told me, your papers have been sent to embassy today at 4pm, so you can expect the email in a day or two, and I got it next morning

My CEAC status has been shown ready since 12th Sept, when the Mumbai consulate received my papers (as per tracking)

It shows, current processing site: Mumbai consulate. Status: ready.

Hope this helps. It was in transit when NVC informed me it has been shipped.
