Fingers crossed they do another round next week. If they have finished scheduling Oct, you might get a really early November one or be able to ask your consulate to reschedule you.

Looking at the spreadsheet, it appears there are some months they book interviews 3 times. For example, it appears in June they did around the 1st, 10th and 24th of the month (give or take a few days).

I have everything crossed for you! I had to wait over 2 weeks after my cc for my interview to be booked and I got lucky with an early Oct date, so it just depends on how busy your consulate is.

Has anyone waiting for an interview called NVC this week? I last called on Friday evening and they hadn't scheduled us in yet. It looks like they are done with October scheduling?

Our AOS fees changed to N/A on Friday 9/12, but my husband could call them to check only on Monday, they confirmed that case is completed and said that they cannot predict anything on the interview. And that as soon as they schedule it they will send a notification...

So I guess they are done with October scheduling... But it would be really nice to get an interview in October!! )))

Amanda... I think June 1st was part of the round that started the end of May. They most probably have finished with October scheduling. I expect November scheduling will start towards the end of next week.

It doesn't mean however that there are no October vacancies available at your embassy. It's just how NVC works. The embassy in Kuwait gets only one or two cases from NVC every month, so I'm sure they could've scheduled me in September during the October scheduling round but they didn't.

Thanks. So it's about 8 business hours, not 24 hours! :)

I was thinking of calling this evening on the odd chance NVC had assigned us an interview on Monday... but I guess that didn't happen and I should make better use of my time.

It's mildly frustrating that we received case complete on the last day they were scheduling for October but we didn't make the cut.

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.
