Checking in! Just go my case complete yesterday, so so happy :) Trying to read though the thread and the info before asking a billion questions. I can already tell this thread is much happier than the NVC thread.

Expecting a November interview, seems like a slight chance for October as well though, I think?

Those who have been to interview already. Does the beneficiary have to pay anything at the embassy once the visa is approved?

We were told that the fee which still has to be paid is done online as it goes to USCIS, not the Dept of Homeland Security which the consulate/embassy is part of. So as far as I am aware, no, but I'm not sure if this is a country specific thing.

WOW kind of late t get that you can try your phone company but why go through all that if you don't need it.

I used calling card and it had a log don't know what you used.

Whatever you submitted just bring updated information. Proof of trips and pics during the process is your best evidence.

Congrats on your CC. Depending on how busy your embassy is, you might still get October. My interview was only booked this week for Oct 7th.

Hello everyone. Finally got our case complete yesterday and now waiting for an interview date. I've just got off the phone with NVC and there's no date assigned yet. I suppose we just missed the 2nd round for October.

I've been following this thread since July. It feels real good to finally fill in and submit the spreadsheet form!

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

You can call your service provider and get it. I guess it is called "itemized bill". At least I did manage that, however in India. Not sure how it works in other countries.

Great to be finally here. WOHOOOO!

I checked the website Wednesday 9/10 and found the famous N/A under AOS so I called the NVC same night and a very cold blooded woman told me that my case was complete AND scheduled for Oct. 19th (literally robot voice; the coldest way to give me the best news lol).

I do not know if it was complete anytime earlier or what. but I do not suspect so; since they were still working on scan date 18th of July and I was scanned 21st. That day only one other case (also 21st was complete).

Anyway, I received two emails, both dated 9/11 one was a checklist and another was the embassy letter. So apparently I gotta fix something in the I-864 and take it with me to the Egyptian embassy in the interview.

Please add my data to the excel sheet. I want to give hope to all the Egyptians out there.
