I just called NVC, still no interview date booked. Case complete 26 August. Every stage I get screwed. :ranting:

this is absolutely insane and weird. Prayers are with you!

Maybe you might get for the second half of Oct?

Called NVC, Said my case has been shipped yesterday to the consulate at 4pm :) They said I should have my interview email by today or latest by end of this week!

So when can I expect it to arrive at Mumbai Consulate?

hy guys i just got CC yesterday and im excited to b here now!! i have a lot to read up on but one step closer!! if anyone from Mumbai consulate has any special tips or tricks i would b happy to learn from you! It seems to be taking about 7weeks from CC to interview date?

Well guess i am now in this bunch case complete confirmed last night by call at 11pm lol Now another waiting game for the email and interview to be scheduled, I am guessing i wont see an october interview but hopefully early November i can be at the end of this roller coaster.

You can book a medical until after you have a confirmed interview date right?

i am wondering the same thing....wen to schedule the medical....

Our interview was easy but we could hear the guy on the other side of the partition being grilled. I gather he'd previously had a green card, overstayed the expiry without renewing, and was applying again. By the sounds of it he also had a criminal record, was unemployed, and couldn't provide any evidence for the assets he'd listed.

I think if you've followed the instructions on VJ each step of the process then you should be fine. That being said, some cases will always be more straight forward than others so can't hurt to prepare for the worst.

Hello, Quick update.

This is the results when I use EXP 05 SEPT 2014A. When NVC says it left yesterday (08 Sept) then the date will probably be 11th or 12th it is scanned by DHL because it goes to Boston that's when it starts being traceable.

Hey have a questions for you all. How far back should I have interviews listed. Right now I have stopped partially in 2012. We started this thread August 2012. Is that enough data? Especially since we all know these changes are forever changing.

Gosh when I was gong through from USCIS to case complete was 6 months. Oh the good old days and that was just 2012-2013.

Also I don't mind adding the F2A but I feel I need to write up the formula to omit anyone in F2A category in the average time from Case Compete to Interview because for some it could be years and it can alter the results.

What do you think?

i paid $165 uscis immigration fee by us bank account today.n i got the email saying Your payment has been submitted to Pay.gov and the details are below. If you have any questions or wish to cancel this payment, you will need to contact National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

Then theres tracking ID n account holders information.

My question is that is this the receipt i need to show at the airport? Or am i gonna get another email once they take out the payment from bank account?

Our flight is on the 16th..will i get confirmation email before that? Or this is the confirmation email?

There is no receipt you have to show the CBP at POE. The fee is up to you to pay within a year. So you don't have to bother.

so I noticed there are few recent CC here, you guys haven't receive emails yet for interview and CC, right?

Is that possible having 2nd batch for interview on october? I'm hoping thats possible.
